Jeffrey & Jonathan
Uncle Andrew, remembering the times spent with you, Aunty Angela, Elizabeth, and Alexander. Whether it was a full house with us all or just me and my brother passing by before we got a flight. You always made us feel so welcome. The little gestures you did (whether it be placing coffee grounds in a mug with a spoon on the side - so we wouldn’t have to find it in the morning) (or ordering dinner for us before we even got there - from your favorite Indian) Or waiting in a long line for a Christmas gift… those little things really did mean a lot.
I will also remember you as a very encouraging uncle. Whether it be forcing Elizabeth to play the piano, or teaching her how to drive (scary time on the motorway) or making Alexander do his homework and turning off the Nintendo (so we could finally have a go!), or showing up to my “screenings” even though you fell asleep… Twice!!
You always made everyone feel welcome, supported, and encouraged. Uncle Andrew, Your memory will always be treasured. May you rest in peace.
